Neoprene Rubber
Rubber Washers manufactured and supplied in 65° Shore A hardness Neoprene Rubber are suitable for general usage applications such as low pressure pipe joints. Neoprene is resistant to water and oil/fuel and has good chemical stability and flexibility over a range of temperatures.
EPDM Rubber
EPDM Rubber Washers are supplied and manufactured from a general purpose, black, 65/70° Shore A hardness EPDM. Suitable for general purpose usage where water, ozone and UV light are present, with a resistance to vegetable oils, acids and steam. EPDM also has good resistance to abrasive actions and heat.
Nitrile Rubber
Nitrile Rubber Washers manufactured from specification or commercial quality Nitrile Rubber, offering an excellent performance over a wide range of temperatures. As the Nitrile to Polymer ratio is increased, your washer will achieve more resistance to oils, fuel and other chemicals but become more rigid.
Tan Para/Shotblast Rubber
Our Tan Para Shotblast Rubber Washers are suitable where abrasion is likely and flexibility is essential. Our standard Tan Shotblast has a 45° Shore A hardness and exhibits good abrasion resistance with excellent elasticity. Tan Shotblast Rubber offers excellent durability and longevity of life.
Viton Rubber
Our Viton Rubber Washers are manufactured and supplied with premium Genuine Viton Fluoroelastomer Rubber. Viton offers benefits not seen in other rubbers including outstanding resistance to a range of oils, chemicals and fuels, as well as hot water and steam. Viton is normally used where performance is important.
Silicone Rubber
Silicone Rubber Washers available in various Silicone Rubber grades (including FDA Approved), suitable for instances where environmental resistance such as ozone and UV light is required. Our Silicone rubber is available in a choice of colours; translucent, blue, white, red and black.
Natural Rubber
Natural Rubber Washers manufactured from specification or commercial quality natural rubber, with outstanding resistance to tearing and abrasive action. Natural rubber has water and mild chemical resistance and a high electrical resistance. Specification Natural Rubber available in black or white colours.
TICO S Rubber/Cork
TICO S is composed of cork blended with Nitrile Rubber and Neoprene Rubber Elastomers, offering a highly durable material with longevity in various environments. TICO S is tolerant to dynamic load and static loads without degradation, while remaining stable in a range of atmospheric conditions.
Expanded Closed-Cell Foam
Expanded Closed-Cell Foam Rubber Washers are impermeable to air and water and hold good heat and acid resistance. They are most suited to instanced where exposure to UV light and sunlight are high and available in a range of material grades, with or without self-adhesive backing.
Polyurethane
Rubber Washers manufactured from high-quality Polyurethane Rubber, available in Black 80° shore A or Translucent 60° shore A hardness. Polyurethane washers are suitable for many different applications, offering good ageing, chemical, oil & solvent resistance properties.
Gasket Paper
Gasket Paper Rubber Washers are a cost-effective washer solution that still holds important mechanical and physical properties. Commonly used for Rubber Washers in the automotive industry for low pressure applications with oils and fuels, impregnated gasket paper is a durable material choice.
CNAF
Compressed Non-Asbestos Fibre Washers are suitable for general Industrial applications including those with oils, hydrocarbons, low pressure and steam. Manufactured from a mixture of aramid and glass fibres with a Nitrile rubber Binder, CNAF is a high quality and high performance rubber washer material.
